主要职责:
1. 日常工作 Daily Responsibilities
? 制定、完善、执行、落实工作计划
Formulates, perfects, executes and implements the work plan
? 带领下属团队保质保量地完成日常工作任务
Leads subordinate team to accomplish daily tasks perfectly
? 针对日常工作中存在的问题,分析原因,制定整改措施并监督实施
Analyzes the reasons in order to formulate correct actions and supervises the implementation, aimed at the problems existing in daily tasks
? 及时处理顾客和客户服务需求,跟踪、落实完成情况
Deals with customers/client needs in time and track implementation
? 随时收集、分析客户及顾客意见、要求,向上级汇报并提供解决方案
Collects and analyzes the suggestions and demands of customers/client at any time, reports to the superior and carries out solutions
? 解决客户投诉,并及时向上级汇报
Deals with customer complaints and reports to the superior in time
? 发现客户潜在需求,拓展服务范围
Discovers the potential demands of customers to expand service scope
? 管理外包服务商
Manages subcontractors
? 填写营运报告
Fills in operational reports
? 实现上级下达的财务目标
Achieves the targeted financial goals
? 检查设备的使用、保养状况,确保设施设备的状态良好
Inspects the usage and maintenance status to ensure the equipment in good condition
? 协调其他服务团队,支持团队管理
Coordinates with other service teams to support team management
? 执行应急预案
Implements emergency plans

? 定期对下属进行评估
Evaluates subordinates’ performance regularly
? 尊重员工,为团队树立模范榜样
Shows respect to team members, and sets an example for them
? 关注员工需求,保持与员工沟通的畅通
Pays attention to staff needs and maintains the communication with staff
? 收集员工培训需求,制定并实施培训计划
Collects training demands, designs and implements training program
? 根据岗位工作流程要求,对新员工进行上岗培训
Coaches new employees according to site working procedures
? 针对巡查中发现的问题,及时对员工进行指导、培训
Guides and train the staff in time, aimed at the problems found during the inspection
? 发现、培养继任者
Recruits and cultivates the successors
? 准确记录员工出勤情况
Records staff attendant accurately

1. 教育背景 Education Background
? 高中及以上学历
Senior high school and above

2. 工作经验 Working Experience
? 3年以上的相关岗位工作经验
3 years and above of related working experience
? 1年以上管理岗位经验
1 year and above working experience on managerial positions

? 熟练掌握专业设备的使用
Mastery of professional facilities
? 熟练掌握各项工作流程及质量标准
Knowledge of company working procedures and quality standards
