职位描述

Your role:

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness? We're looking for someone like that to:

- Pre-trade compliance check of Shanghai Branch cases (e.g. Term Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Inward/Outward Payment and QDII Products) according to local regulatory and internal control requirement.

- As Client Service Specialist's back-up role, conduct client onboarding witness, document review for individual and corporate account opening, static change and closure, complete internal/external system input and approval.

- Print and check trade confirmation and monthly statement made by Head office, dispatch the confirmation and statement to clients and track the status afterwards.

- Complete client and trade details registration, file client and trade documents in good order.

- Properly keep the important blank documents of the branch (including the Specimen Card);

- Complete and submit Shanghai specific regulatory (PBOC, CBRC and SAFE) reports on regular or ad-hoc basis with high quality.

- Generate internal reporting as needed.

- Report any irregularities timely to supervisor or line manager.

- Support business and enquiries from Markets team on various products and develop the knowledge, skills and experience of team members.

- Support Head Office Operations, Internal Audit and other departments during their internal inspections.

- Attend and complete internal and regulatory training, as well as the regulatory system upgrades and tests required by the local regulatory requirements in Shanghai.

- Support internal and regional projects if any.

 

Your team:

You’ll be working in the UBSCL Shanghai Branch OPS team in Shanghai.

 

Your experience and skills:

You have:

- Bachelor degree OR above in a relative discipline or holder of relevant professional qualifications

- Min 2+ years related banking operation experience is required, product knowledge covering RMB FX/MM/QDII/MF, and SBLC and Loan is a plus.

- Some knowledge of client onboarding.

- Good English communication & writing skills.

- A self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)

- A skilled written and verbal communicator

- A dedicated team player with a can-do attitude
