职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

• Directly responsible for the overall safety in his or her responsible area,Provide a safe and healthy workplace for his/her team,Report and analyze all accidents and near misses and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions as required,Driving his or her team to ensure their operation compliance with all HSE procedures,Being active in the promotion of the safety culture at the site
• Focus on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement by improving quality, people performance and availability of equipments ect
• Planning, development and implementation of an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize production equipments downtime and costs
• Participate of the start of unit by establishing the working procedure, process development and operator training.
• Organize the day to day production to match the business requirements
• Manage the bottle neck process from capacity point of view and work with other dept. to avoid customer delivery issue or additional logistic cost.
• Complete yearly production budget on a timely basis
• Initiate and support product quality and yield improvement, asset utilization, capacity improvements and cost reductions.
• Direct subordinates to achieve their goals and job requirements
• Develop professional and management competencies of subordinates
• Establish training and assignments to broaden employee skill base to benefit the organization
• Delegate authority in a responsible manner in order to enhance individual abilities.
• Work with company training resources to secure training that will facilitate employee growth and broadened roles within the plant.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between all subordinates
• Ensure all company policies are fully understood and implemented in Pro. Dept.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in production function; among which 5 years managerial experience is required
• Strong leadership and be experienced in quality and continuous improvement
• Work experience in the following market segments is preferred: Automotive Industry,Chemical…….
• Strong technical/engineering/quality background is preferred
• Motivate and develop people effectively.Good decision maker.Able to delegate tasks.
• Can communicate with different level from different companies from all over the world, good command of English
• Understand the ERP information flow and process, knows the key parameters of ERP running
• Can use Microsoft office software well
