sales and marketing analyst
1. This position is helping Sales & Marketing team to identifying, creating, exploring, developing new business opportunities for aluminum flat rolled products (“AFRP”) in ground transportation & related industries in China & rest of Asia, with main focus in Bohai plant products；
2. Also this position is accountable for the execution of marketing roles, with time/effort allocation in key programmes/projects such as NPS, DI, QBR & CP, and reports to reduce the administrative works of sales team of CT & CBS
3. Collaborating with marketing on market research and marketing information collection in selective ground transportation segments
4. Supporting sales to lock in LTA as the result of business development activites..
5. Tracking of market demand & supply dynamics; develop marketing and sales strategies in line with BU / RU strategic target
6. Market research and marketing information system: manage market research projects; industry association communication; manage marketing information system for growth / pricing / product strategies.
7. To provide support of reporting & systems such as DI
softskills requirement:
1. People network in respective plants, CTC and other BUs’ marketing colleagues would help to speed up the pace to successes.
2 High EQ is essential in dealing with different types, levels & positions in plant operation organizations.
3.Appropriate connections & contacts in different industries would be necessary, while extreme high alert & caution is of utmost importance in order to avoid any anti-trust risk.
4.Working under different global time zones.
5. Analytical mind is necessary.
Required education and experience:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Marketing, Engineering, Metallurgy or related subjects. Master degree in commercial related disciplines is an added value.
2. Minimum five years’ in industrial marketing. Managerial experience is preferred. Previous working experience in aluminum FRP is essential.
