I.Position Summary
This position is responsible for performing the projects and support department operating in accordance with Automotive Function Safety (AM FS) yearly sales target and strategic plans.
II.Job Responsibilities
Project Engineering (40%)
1.Conducting automotive ISO 26262 projects in GCN.
2.To carry on ISO26262 project, including Training, Consulting etc.
3.Coordinate with other PMs on team-working projects handling.
4.Customer support; Customer feedback collection and briefing; Customer complain handling
Project Management (40%)
5.Coordinating milestones within each projects with internal and external resources.
6.Maintain timely communication on the assigned projects with clients.
7.Maintain timely communication on Germany headquarters.
8.Coordinate with other regions regarding project services
9.Maintain project files and department document and follow TUV SUD internal procedures.
Business development (Weight 15%)
10.Support sales to establish plan and fulfill yearly sales target for AM FS
11. Support sales to carry out activities to promote marketing, cooperate with sales and marketing team
12. Play as trainer or lecturer during BD events
13. Market analysis and research for AM FS
Operating Support (Weight 5%)
14. Perform other duties assigned by department manager
III.Job Requirements (knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, etc.)
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Results-driven working style (very important factor) ;
3.Minimum 2~3 years working experience relating to FS services or automotive ECU developments.
4.Understanding of IEC61508 or ISO26262 required, related projects experiences will be appreciated.
5.Basic understanding regarding IT security application within Automotive sector.
6.Understanding of project management approach is required.
7.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
8.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
9.Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
10.Good command of English;
11.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip (in China and in Germany) as required.
