工作内容:

 Purpose of the job:
The incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of HR operations for our business in Shanghai.
In charge of all HR operational activities. Interface with International HR CoE teams and manage
 projects related to HR in China, or at global scale. Advise on HR processes and provide guidance
on people solutions for Shanghai management and leadership team, with support from direct
supervior. The suitable incumbent will have growth potential into a role that puts more focus on
business partnership and strategic HR.

HR operations

? Ensure effective and efficient HR processes are in place that enable the business
? Actively seeks to improve efficiency and drive out waste and non value-add work
? Prepare HR reports that are required on international, regional and local levels
? Manage key HR processes including recruitment, job offer, new hire on-boarding, Training and development, performance management process, compensation review, , etc.
? Lead, advise and support managers on ER-related issues, and report/ seek support as required
? Interface with international HR CoE teams to ensure local needs are being reflected in international HR practices and processes

Projects

? Manage projects related to HRIS or HR processes
? Interface with international HR CoE on global projects, represent regional/local inputs and needs
? Consult with and advise line managers in resourcing plan, reward policy/programs and other HR activities/initiatives to enable business objective
? Support Regional HRD on upgrading overal HR team capabilities

Business partnership

? Closely working with management team to identify, lead and drive the local HR agenda that will contribute to the achievement of the desired business performance. Establish strong “go to” relationship with management team and their teams for coaching, advice and solutions.
? Lead and coach the management team in the implementation of the people agenda and all people related issues.


 Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
1. 5-10 years’ hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably with multinational companies
2. Good understanding of PRC Labor Law and industrial practice of the Human Resources and Administration of PRC/shanghai
3. Strong business sense and solution mindset
4. Self-starter and with an ability to operate independently across a complex and matrix structure
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across all levels.
6. Quick leaner and good adaptability to dynamic business environment
7. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
8. Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing, Experience in using SAP preferred


1、 负责公司的招聘、培训与发展、入离职等工作;
2、 招聘量5-7个/月;
3、 社保公积金部分,客户外包给到中智外服来做,这一块只要候选人做好供应商管理就OK;
4、 Payroll方面的工作,基本由财务部门来负责,需要做好支持就OK;
5、 工作模块中更注重招聘+培训方向。

1、 本科及以上学历;
2、 7-10年工作经验;;
3、 英语可以正常交流(这一块在后面考核转正是会是加分项),会一些德语就更好了(兰精纤维是奥地利企业,奥地利是以德语为主的);
4、 ***,工作细心、灵活,能够灵活应对其他部门的challenge。
