1.职位概述 Job Summary
依照服务合同及公司营运必做各项要求,全面管理部门日常运营,带领员工为客户及顾客提供卓越服务。确保员工遵循、理解并执行索迪斯的理念,核心价值观和道德准则和公司政策,并使他们得以不断的进步和提高。树立公司良好形象,从而不断的拓展服务范围和业务。
In compliance with the service contract and Sodexo Les Incontournables, manage the unit operation comprehensively. A Unit Manager leads his/her staff to satisfy our clients and customers through operational excellence. Ensure within his/her staff the respect, understanding and application of Sodexo philosophy, core values and ethical principles as well as all company policies and take the responsibility of people development. Promote the Sodexo image and expand existing services scope and develop new business.
2.主要职责 Main Responsibilities
1)客户 Client
与客户指定联系人和客户内部有影响的人员保持日常沟通
Ensures regular communication with Client designated contacts and influential people
通过膳食委员会会议、服务调查等方式收集客户意见,与区域经理一起制定行动计划,并负责执行。
Collects client’s ideas via Food Committee’s meetings, service satisfaction surveys etc, develops action plans with the Area Manager and takes responsibility of the implementation
向上级经理汇报客户业务发展、组织架构,指定联系人等信息变动情况
Reports to his/her superior any alternation of Client business, organizational structure and designated contacts etc
2)顾客 Customers
开餐期间,与顾客进行日常和主动的沟通,解答顾客的问询,在授权范围内处理顾客投诉
Ensures daily and active communication with the customers during service time by his/her presence, answers customers’ questions, and handles complaints within the limits of authority
实施顾客服务调查
Conducts customer survey
3)营运管理 Operational Management
依据工作需要,为员工分配工作任务及岗位
Allots tasks and duties to employees according to work needs
监督、协调员工工作状况,严格执行营运制度,确保服务质量
Supervises and coordinates activities of the staffs , strictly implements operation regulations to ensure service quality
对工作流程不断进行改善,以提高服务质量和工作安全
Constantly improves the workflow to enhance service quality and work safety
4)业务发展 Business Development
了解客户需求并挖掘业务扩展机会,适时推广一次性及长期的餐饮服务。
Understands clients’ needs & service development opportunities and timely promotes temporary and permanent food services
协调公司内部资源,为客户提供额外服务,扩大服务范围
Coordinates internal resources, offers additional services to customers and expand service scope
及时向上级汇报有关客户对设施服务的需求变化
Reports to his/her superior any alternation of clients’ needs
适时向客户方的访客推广、介绍公司的服务
Introduces and promotes new services timely to visitors from clients

依据员工表现,向上级建议对员工的奖惩措施
Proposes to superior, with evidence, any appropriate reward and punishment for his/her staff
识别部门内具有潜质员工,建立并实施内部管理及技术岗位人员储备计划
Identifies and develops high potential employees, establishes and implements succession plan for managerial and technical positions
培训及日常带教储备管理人员
Trains and coaches reserved managerial talents
在人力资源部的支持下,进行一线员工招聘
Involved in front line positions recruitment with HR team’s support.
6)财务 Financial Management
参与营运部门的财务预算及预测
Participates in the operation unit’s financial budget and forecasts
根据服务合同及部门财务指标,监督检查下级管理人员控制成本,确保部门财务指标的完成。
In line with the service contract and operational finance objectives, supervises and inspects his/her subordinates on cost control, ensures to achieve the financial targets.
审核每日营运收入情况
Validates daily operating revenue
确保客户及时付款
Ensures that the clients make timely payments
7)卫生与安全 Hygiene & Safety
按照营运必做的要求,监督检查下级管理人员对公司卫生与安全标准的执行情况,确保员工规范操作
Supervises and inspects the subordinates’ respect on Hygiene & Safety Incontournable, ensures of the employees’ standardized operations
安排下级或亲自检查设施设备的运行情况,杜绝安全隐患
Arranges his/her staff or himself/herself check facilities and equipments to prevent hidden risks.
对卫生、安全事故、及事故隐患及时向上级汇报。并根据公司政策和流程,将事故进展情况随时通报公司管理层。
Timely reports hygiene & safety incidents and incident risks to the superiors. Updates company management team with immediate information of the incidents based on company policies and procedures
8)报表 Report
审核部门的财务、人力资源、卫生安全、营运等报告
Verifies reports on finance, HR, hygiene & safety and operation.
保证数据和报告的准确性、及时性和连续性
Ensures the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of statistics and reports
