Evaluation on project life cycle/ investment and profit margin etc；
Define and finetune work structure in organization to meet the projectdevelopment requirement
Initialize and implement the project management process
Plan and ensure project running smoothly
Budget plan and Cost control
Team forming and leading, cooperation, encouragment
Risk Identification and risk control, emergency plan;
Organize the internal/external resource to solve problem efficiently
Monitor and support project engineer's work to ensure the sucessfulrealization of products
Responsible for product life management
Qualification Requirements：
bachelor degree or above with engineering background
.3+ yearsproject managerment experience in AUTO
Excellentcommunication skills with both mandrian and english
Open minded, aggressive in result oriented
