Responsibilities :
1.Cooperate with business team for business system requirement analysis.
2.Organize and participate in developing, testing and deploying high quality applications according to business requirements.
3.Keep the application documents up to date and compliance with IT standards.
4.Maintain existing application systems and corresponding databases.
5.Work with Infrastructure & IT Support team to estimate hardware and network conditions to ensure system performance and security.
6.Work with Global and Country IT teams for Global and Country IT projects implementation.
7.Write user guide and practice IT application training to users.
8.Report to IT Manager to fulfil other team works.
Experience:
1.Experience on being involved in the process of ERP or CRM or Business Process Management or Document Management System or workflow system implementation and support.
2.Experience on main stream web server including Tomcat, IIS, Apache.
3.Experience on J2EE or .NET.
4.Experience on MS SQL or Mysql.
5.Experience on communicating technical information to non-technical personnel
