职位描述：
岗位要求：
1. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，高分子材料或是机械类专业为佳；
2. 工作地点：厦门；
3. 25岁以上，40岁以下，3年工作经验；
4. 类似行业工程师经历：a. 汉高、富乐、3M、Zymet、EPOTEK等 底填胶黏剂工程师、技术支持或研发经验；b. 手机及手机代工厂SMT工艺工程师，代工厂为富士康、BYD、弘信等SMT工艺工程师。
工作内容：
1. 与手机终端开发部门对接，了解项目开发需求及进展，开展seminar，进行技术交流，选择合适的解决方案；
2. 跟进项目进展及反馈，提供及时有力的技术支持及现场支持；
3. 保证客户量产顺利进行，对客户投诉迅速解决，有较强trouble shooting能力；
4. 参与研发项目，能够结合项目提出研发需求，制定内部测试标准。
