Roles & Responsibilities:
Service strategy setup in line with the company & deployment in the district & take overall responsibility on high quality service delivery to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction, service profitability, operation excellence and future growth of the team & business in the zone
1. Customer Loyalty & Satisfaction
a) Technical service quality/process management from service order receiving to TRT
closure
b) Field issue support & escalation & customer complain management
2. Profitability
a) Work with district S&S sales to secure the achievement on service/spares revenue target &
MI IB protection/retention
b) Revenue leakage reduction
3. Operation Excellence
a) Zone/FSE spare parts management
b) COGS control
c) Cross support on pre-sales project/indirect as the business needs
4. Future Growth
a) People/team management:
i. MIPC & RP@RP
ii. High Po/talent & successor development
iii. Low Po development & purge
iv. Moral maintenance
b) Team skill (include but not limited on technical) assessment and improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree, major in technical/engineering
2. >10 years in post-sales equipment service, >5 years team/people management experience
3. Skillful on MS Office: PPT, Excel etc.
4. Fluent English reading, writing, listening, speaking
5. Business acumen & basic financial knowledge
6. Strong Service mindset & Profitability mind set
7. Reliable & dependable, be persistent with a fighting spirit (never give up easily)
