职位描述:
1,Select and explore proper channels to get enough human resources in order to fill vacancies in related cycle time according to hiring plan.
2,Conduct the whole process of recruitment including selection, interview, recommendation, reference check and employment activities to ensure everything well arranged in a professional way and recruitment procedure fully implemented.
3,Build up the insight of internal employee’s capability and viewpoint in order to support HRD for balancing personal and organization development.
4,Focus on prevailing local market practice and draft related policy to make sure reasonable CIMS‘s positioning in the market.
5,Deal with employee relationship, eg. discipline, termination, negotiation to ensure our company abey all the current regulation and laws as well as avoiding any legal dissension.
6,Organize employee bonding activities eg. happy hour, annual dinner, company travel, sports etc for establishment of good & hamonious working environment.
7,Update HRM report.
8,Ensure office facilities are properly installed, provided, maintained
9,Ensure a good working environment in Shenzhen office
10,Other duties and responsibilities assigned by HR Director.
Additional duties as required
1,Provides necessary control and finance support of issues including accounting/bookkeeping, petty cash management, monitors office expenditures, audit support etc
2,Coordinate and organize seminars, meetings, shows & exhibitions etc.
3,Supervise machines move in/out activities
岗位要求:
1,5 years or above experience in HR & Administration ,
2,Good command of both written and spoken English, and computer skills,
3,Strong organizational skill, time management and administrative skills are required ,
4,Good interpersonal and communication skills
5,Hard working, responsible and trustable ,
6,Experience in foreign-invested Hi-tech company or been worked with foreign managers are preferred
7,University graduate or degree with majoring in HR or Administration
