Primary Responsibilities主要职责:

?Provide effective human resources leadership and administration support for newly established joint venture;
领导合资企业人力资源管理工作,并提供行政支持;
?To develop HR strategy and operational objectives on the basis of business strategy and implement;
了解业务战略,规划合资企业的人力管理战略和目标,并确保其有效地实施;
?Work closely with joint venture leadership team to execute HR integration plan;
与合资企业管理团队合作,执行人力资源合作计划;
?Oversee full spectrum of HR Management in joint venture including but not limited to organization development, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development and talent retention as well as building talent pipeline, employee relationship, employee engagement and plant admin management etc.
全面负责合资企业人力资源管理各方面的工作,包括但不限于组织发展、人员规划及招聘、薪酬福利、绩效管理、员工发展、保留员 工及建立人才库、员工关系、员工满意度管理及工厂行政管理;
?Design and implement policies/procedures related to HR Management, ensure all relevant policies/ procedures complying to the requirements of both legal and the compliance of the Company;
制定并实施人力资源管理的相关政策及流程,确保相关政策/流程符合法律法规及公司合规的要求;
?Manage headcount/labor cost controlling by closely working with business managers to ensure the alignment with the requirements on base cost;
控制人力成本,与业务/部门经理一起确保人力成本达到公司对成本控制的要求;
?Provide necessary coaching to business leader and local management team;
为业务领导及管理团队提供人力资源管理的指导;
?Drive a culture of growth, meeting commitments, and support GM of joint venture to establish joint venture culture;
在合资公司建立持续成长及信守承诺的文化,帮助合资公司总经理建立合资公司的文化;
?Lead, coach and develop joint venture HR team;
带领、指导及持续地发展合资公司的人力资源团队;
?Work closely with XD and GE HR team to leverage best practice for the joint venture;
与西电和通用电气人力资源团队合作,将各方的优良管理经验引入合资公司的人力资源管理;
?Keep close connection with local authorities to understand the latest local legal requirements and timely propose the response.
与当地劳动部门紧密联系,了解熟悉当地劳动法规,就合资公司应怎样运作提出建议。

Qualifications Required 人员要求:

?Bachelor Degree required (Business Administration or Related Field);
本科以上学历,工商管理及相关专业
?8+ HR working experience including minimum of 5 years of Human Resource Management experience in Manufacturing;
8年以上工作经验,5年以上人力资源管理经验;
?Good English literature and excellent communication skill
英语流利,良好的沟通技巧;
?Familiar with Chinese Labor Law, Chinese state regulations and hands-on experience;
熟悉中国劳动法及当地劳动法规 ,有实际运作经验;
?Team player, good interpersonal and influencing skill.
良好的团队精神,良好人际沟通技巧及影响力。
