职位描述：
1. To be responsible for reception, switchboard operation and mail delivery handling.
2. To make sure that the Ctrip ticket booking system is working normal according to the company’s internal travel policies
3. To assist the business departments during exhibitions / business meetings through hotel, transportation and meal arrangements
4. To keep the office equipment in good condition; to management stationery and incoming faxes. To compile monthly bills of office expenses for accounting payment.
5. To contact relevant vendors / building management whenever necessary. To be involved in the process of service contract negotiations with vendors.
To assist HR Manager and global Corporate Service in handling personnel administrative related logistics.
JOB PROFILE
1) Good command of English
2) PC Skills – Word, Excel and etc
3) Basic knowledge on accounting formats / templates
4) Basic knowledge on market resource for administrational materials and services
5) Basic negotiation and communication skills
6) Bachelor Degree
