职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Main interface to Customers (OEM/ODM and/or Mobile Operator)
2. Responsible for the complete customer program in term of customer satisfaction, quality, TTM and budget
3. Access to application engineers to ensure right support to customers
4. Synchronize with R&D team to ensure project development plan are inline with customer requirement

Qualifications:
1. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development with mobile carriers or OEMs. Minimum 5 years related working exprience
2. Minimum 3 years project management experience.
3. Ability to resolve conflict and facilitate decision-making
4. Flexible, process-oriented, organized, with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
5. Fluent in spoken and written English
6. Strong communication skill and Customer facing experiences
7. Bachelor degree in Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or similar
