· Preparation of Inquiries and Price Comparisons

询价及价格比较

· Following-up inquiries including monitoring of quotation deadlines

跟踪询价，包括报价截止日期

· Processing of orders in our Material Handling Software (Penta)
处理物流软件中的订单（Penta)

· Deadline monitoring of delivery periods and clarification of delivery dates

发货期间跟踪截止日期，明确发货日期

· Dealing with suppliers` questions

解决供应商疑惑

· Handling order modifications

处理订单变动

· Correspondence with suppliers

与供应商交流

· Filing, Organizational Tasks

归档工作

· Creation and following-up of statistics, reports and overviews

制作并跟踪统计表，报告及一览表

· Supporting the Purchasing Managers and handling of special tasks

采购经理支持并解决特殊问题

Necessary education/professional experience学历及经验：

·Bachelor degree or above, certified course of studies in mechanical engineering
本科以上学历，拥有机械工程方面证书

·at least 3 - 5 years professional purchasing experience gained in a mechanical engineering company with international orientation, project purchasing experience is preferred.
3-5年国际机械工程公司采购经验，有项目采购经验优先

·negotiating experience and knowledge of Chinese Contract Laws and Regulations
拥有中国合同法及规定的谈判经验及相关知识
