Responsibilities and job functions:
? The Marketing Manager for In-vehicle-Networking products is responsible for supporting the RMM to drive all activities and resources towards sustainable business growth, achieving revenue, design in, design win, and margin goals of the IVN business in Great China.
o Business management, including product promotion, pricing validation, business planning and strategy;
o Understand, define and communicate the IVN product value proposition; promote IVN products and capabilities that are in line with Product Line roadmap;
o Lead and work with PAE team and 2nd level application team to drive the business growth and gain market share;
o Drive business development activities with our distributors to grow business in mass market and continuously gain market share;
o Co-work with sales team to develop strategic business relationships with key tier ones and car OEMs for long term business development;
o Understand competitive threats and lead competitive evaluations to drive market and competitive strategy Regionally;
o Gain in-depth understanding of customers’ applications and regional requirements, bring the feedback to BL IPMs for new product roadmap alignment;
o Ensure all business and technical intelligence is communicated with headquarters promptly;

Credentials required
? Familiarity with China automotive landscape; preferred candidates with established relationships and contacts with tier 1s and Car OEMs in Great China;
? Related product marketing/sales professional experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in automotive electronics (minimum 5 years) with experience dealing with multiple sales channels- Direct, Distribution and Contract Manufacturing;
? Extensive knowledge about automotive semiconductor products, preferred candidates should be familiar with automotive networking devices;
? Innovative thinker with strong execution ability;
? Good team player but capable of work independently (intensive connection with the team in BU auto headquarters);
? Strong leadership and business management skills;
? Mandarin is mandatory; excellent communication skills in spoken and written English is a must
? Highly self motivated and self initiated
? BS degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
