Objective of Job:
? Directly responsible for PO placement and expediting. Will work with US counterpart, local product development and
        procurement team for initial and replenishment PO drop, and shipment tracking expediting. Supplier on-time performance
         tracking.

Task Description:
? Local parts PO drop and tracking(order to payment) and performance Solely Responsible (S) 30%
? US PO tracking, expediting Solely Responsible (S) 40%
? Follow up for inventory supply chain lead times and adherence by suppliers Solely Responsible (S) 20%
? Supplier KPI Co-Responsible (C) 10%

Qualifications:
? Education: College degree required (or above)
? Experience:
        Automotive business experience is a must requirement. Experience working in Inventory management, data analysis, and
        supply chain using importation as a key model. Preferred qualifications are: ? Supply Chain, Logistics, or purchase.
? Skills & Competence:
        1. General Skills
        Excellent organizational skills, good follow up ability, and good communication skills. Must have strong working knowledge of
        SAP WMS,. KPI development and monitoring also a key requirement. Must be able to prepare Power point presentations to
        explain status, and plans moving forward.

2. Functionality Skills and Technical skills
         Must be able to read and speak English and Chinese. Must have Microsoft office experience Data Analytical skills will be key
         to success in this position.
3. Mgt and Leadership Skills
         Must be able to work in a team environment, and take initiative for working independently, with reporting to Senior Manager of
         Inventory. Must be able to work with U.S. counterparts, other business departments such as Engineering, sales, Joint
         ventures partners, and supply chain operations.

? Personal Traits:
        Must be cordial, and able to handle personal meetings with both high and intermediate level governmental and corporate
        officials. Must be able to work in a team environment for support and act as a resource for back up purposes. Must be
        professional within Chrysler HR guidelines.
