Reception:
1. To answer incoming phone calls and switch to appropriate associates. Take notes when needed.
2. To register all incoming and outgoing mails / packages & distribute to appropriate teams.
3. To receive guests & Couriers.
4. To ensure the doors closed and only allow visitors enter while accepted by associates.
Administration:
1. Convoy problems to building management office for repairing.
2. Contact supplies for repair office equipment or setup new ones.
3. Controlling stock level of offices supplies, places orders, checks deliveries & puts on racks when arrives.
4. Arrange travelers’ flight, hotel & car booking.
5. Check monthly bill for flight ,express & car rental.
6. Distribute sample invoices to each team and collect approved invoices send back to HK finance.
7. Assist to organize company activities, such as outing, annual dinner, etc.
Experience:
2year and above
Requirement:
1. CET4 and above.
2. Frequent in oral and written English.
3. Familiar with Microsoft office software.
