职位描述：

岗位要求：

1、 大专以上学历，8年以上的成型工作经验；

2、 能熟练操作3种以上注塑机及其附机；

3、 清楚了解8种以上的工程塑料的物理特性；

4、 能科学的设置各机与模具的注塑参数；

5、 能对新项目的前期工作具有一定经验，能给予相关的支持；

6、 能为新项目的试制提供相关文件：Flow chart; WI; PFEMA etc;

7、 对英语能熟练听，说，写；

8、 服从相关工作的安排及出差要求。

岗位职责：

1、 对新项目的量产，改善负有必须的责任；

2、 对生产中的物流畅通与设施配置负责；

3、 负责对生产中质量的改善；

4、 负责对注塑参数的设置，优化，更新；

5、 对相关的工艺文件的设置与更新，具有培训相关的员工能力；
