职位描述：
1. Keep close communication and maintain good relationship with key customers of the company in existing and new programs.
就现有项目与新项目与公司重要客户保持密切沟通并维系良好的客户关系
2. Convert the customer demand into internal sales plan and delivery schedule and coordinate with production department. Arrange the shipping to customer warehouse and follow-up the actual delivery status and variance tracking.
将客户需求转化成内部销售计划，交货日程并协调生产部门。 安排物流配送至客户仓库，跟进实际配送状态并进行差异追踪。
3. tracking and dealing with customer requests or questionnaire in program launch, capacity study, supply agreement, invoicing notice, price negotiation, etc.
跟踪并处理项目启动中的来自客户就产能研究、供货合同，开票通知、价格谈判等等方面的要求以及问卷调查。
4. Periodic Inventory reconciliation among customer site, work-shops, supplier warehouse and consignment warehouse.
去客户、车间、供应商仓库和寄售仓库进行定期库存盘点。
5. ERP user in customer demand and goods delivery and make the timely and accurate input.
作为客户需求和货物交付功能的ERP使用者，确保客户需求、货物运送等信息及时准确输入系统
7. Able to work overtime and able to travel.
能适应加班和出差
8. Carry other temporary tasks assigned by the department manager and project team.
根据部门领导和项目团队的指示完成其他临时性的工作。

Requirement：
1．Bachelor’s Degree, and knowledge in sales and logistics.
本科以上学历，并具备销售和物流方面的知识。
2．Minimum 4 years of sales assistant or customer service experience. Experiences in Automotive Components area is preferred.
不少于4年销售助理或客服工作经验，有汽车零部件行业背景优先考虑。
3． Good integrity, honest and good team work spirit with different people
善于融入，待人诚实，并有团队精神
4. Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to be working under high pressure
积极进取，以结果为导向，并能再高压力下工作努力
5. Good English and computer skill. Knowledge and concept in ERP system.
