职位描述：
Responsibilities 工作职责
- Provides technical support to our customers为客户提供技术支持
- Integrated in the global TS organisation, in terms of communication, tools & access to know-how在沟通，工具及获得技术知识等方面整合于公司全球技术支持系统
- Manage the sales after service and being the interface betweenthe various internal department管理售后服务并作为内部各部门的沟通接口
- Be responsible to create technical documentation负责新增技术文本
- Creates the technical specification together with the sales team to develop new products与销售团队一起为研发新产品增加新的技术说明
- Test Bircher’s and competitors’ products对Bircher和其竞争对手的产品进行测试
- Provides training to sales team as well as the customers为销售团队以及客户提供培训

Skill Requirements 技能要求
- Team work and customer oriented团队精神，以客户为核心
- Fluent in English英语流利
- Radar, infrared technology and safety edge knowledge is a plus有雷达，红外，安全触边知识更佳
- Knows how to work with Word, Excel,PPTand CRM an advantage会操作Word 、Excel、PPT等办公软件, 懂CRM更佳

Education and Experience Requirements 教育和经验要求
Bachlor degree on electric or above equivalent education电气专业本科及以上学位
At least 3-4 years working experience in the field of technical service with customers on site至少3-4年客户现场技术支持工作经验
