Principal Accountabilities
Manage & resolve the day-to-day Customs related operation issues; work with Customs Brokers / IE agents to ensure timely customs clearance.
Preparation, submission, and Customs liaison to handle daily import documentations
Develop & implement solutions for customs clearance leadtime & cost improvement without jeopardising customer service levels.
Establish & maintain customs clearance SOP & SLA
Develop & report on Customs Clearance KPI.
Review & follow up with Customs Brokers / IE on corrective actions.
Handle Customs audit
Representative / maintenance of CIQ2000
Conduct CIQ2000 data verification & audit.
Develop relationship & liaison with WGQ Customs
Able to adapt to pressure and shift-work (能够承受压力和倒班工作)
Assign HS Codes
Develop & maintain HS Codes database
Skills, Know How and experience
Diploma holder (大专毕业)
Customs Clearance Certificate （报关员证书）
1 years related experience in supporting multi-national customs in WGQ Free Trade Zone
Experienced in distribution right application
Must be able to communicate effectively across all level.
Good MS Office skills. Strong in Excel. Microsoft Access knowledge preferred.
Background in working with forwarder or integrator preferred.
CET Level 4 or above with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
