ers and partners to ignite the next generation of computing and graphics solutions. AMD designs and develops cutting-edge computer and graphics processing technology that is used throughout the world in business, enterprise, and consumer markets.
The Intern will learn on various perspectives in graphics driver development
- Study and understand AMD graphics architecture
- Design, develop graphics driver features based on internal and/or external team requests in AMD graphics driver stacks.
- Test, debug and fix defects from kernel mode drivers and user mode drivers
- Write high quality document to end user, explain the design concept and change details
- Work in a multi-tasking, high dynamic team with stakeholders all over the world
Qualification:
- You should be a 3rd year above bachelor candidate or a 2nd year above post graduate student who is major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering.
- You should be able to work at least 3 days a week and last for at least 6 months
- You should have the ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative environment with worldwide AMD team
- Excellent English reading skill to understand the details in technical documents, fluent English written and oral skills to express your thoughts and communicate with other team members are required
- You should be self-motivated with strong passion of learning
- You should be good at C/C++ programming and good knowledge of writing high quality code
- You should have good software debug experience on Windows or Linux
