You will

? Work with Business Division Account Manager and APAC business functional leads to identify and support scoping of sourcing priorities and projects (strategic planning of sourcing initiatives such as purchased services, outsourcing of functions to UBS BSCs or vendor ODCs, etc.). Ensure businesses are properly informed for Group Sourcing policy and are adhering to the standards.

Manage the Outsourcing Due Diligence (ODP) process for business functions. This includes determining ODP requirements with verification from responsible parties, drafting ODPs with business stakeholders, and managing the ODP process from consultation through approval with the required internal teams.
? Ensure inventories are kept up to date within the ODP tool as the business requirements or stakeholders change over time.
Working with business functional leads to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes to outsourcing locations (inter-entity, nearshore or offshore – within UBS and with third party vendors)
? Leading outsourcing transitions across multiple waves managing both vendor and internal staff through successful transitions, starting from early planning and scoping
? Providing clear, concise and accurate senior management updates
? Ensuring compliance with UBS Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycle
? Ensuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that UBS/vendor performance is closely monitored and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior management
? Ensuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels.
? Supporting relationship building and communications within UBS global sourcing team.

You will work with the global Business Division Account Management team and transition team in China BSC. As Transition Manager at UBS Wuxi, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving change in an area which is currently undergoing significant transformation. The Group Sourcing Business Division team is part of the Global Sourcing and Strategy organization and is responsible for defining and managing the due diligence and implementation of major sourcing initiatives. You will play a key part of the development, planning and execution of the Group Sourcing ONO policy and objectives with business partners.
Your experience and skills
You have
? Minimum 3 years of Project Management and/or Management Consulting experience
? University degree is required, knowledge of financial services a plus
Prior experience in financial services, outsourcing or compliance related roles is a plus
? Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Proven experience in implementing/coordinating change projects/programmes
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Working understanding of business process transition management and/or cloud serviceswill be an asset.
? Operating with sensitivity and respect within difficult situation concerning role identifications
