Objective of Job
* Create process solution for new product.
* Develop investment and layout definition.
* Improve process and equipment standard.

Brief Task Description
* Process solution study, economic evaluation and analysis to obtain the best solution;
* Product description and new car components analysis;
* Make investments evaluation about specific competence areas;
* Pre-method definition and Standard BOP application;
* Control point definition (according to quality) for the main important elements;
* Lay out definition;
* Tech spec definition for specific competence areas according to Standard, investments, quality, timing request;
* Suppliers offers analysis; Suppliers equipment timing (design and construction) monitoring and control; Suppliers equipment installation monitoring and control;
* Manufacturing Assembly Engineering Standard equipment application in the new models/project;
* IT production control system application (Ute digital, …;
* Operation sheets execution;
* Ergonomics criteria application;
* Cooperation with Handling department for Racks definition;
* Equipment definition about quality control according to Control Plan;
* Process FMEA execution;
* ODM Evaluation (Capex, timing, quality).

Qualifications
* Work site: The working location is in Shanghai; The working activity is in Shanghai with some time in USA, India, China Plant, Italy, according with the new projects;
* Work Experience required: Minimum5 years in the Manufacturing area in automobile or automobile components industry.
* Education: Mechanical Bachelor or Master;
* Deep specialist understanding of FEM preparation, Glazing
* Able to access the Engineering database to have contact with product Engineering, to analyze impact on process, tooling and equipment
* Able to create process plan to incorporate changes
* Able to prepare the information needed to create Manufacturing Studies (includes: Product change impact from Book of Standard, Plant loading flexibility, change impact on process, tooling, equipment cycle time, material flow and manpower)
