职位描述：
工作职责：
1、严格遵守国家财经法规、公司相关制度，遵守会计职业道德；建立健全公司财务管理、会计核算等相关制度，监督各项制度的实施和执行；参与制定公司的经营方针、策略及发展规划；
2、根据公司情况组织编制年度、季度的收入、成本、利润、费用、资金等有关财务指标和预算，并进行检查、监督、考核计划预算的执行情况；
3、完善公司成本管理体系，审核公司各项成本的支出，进行成本核算、费用管理、成本分析，并定期编制成本分析报表。
4、分析公司收益、负债、信用控制和其他财务数据，预测短期、中期及长期现金流状况；
5、完成各项财务结算、会计核算，上报财务执行情况，为管理层提供分析数据；
6、负责部门团队建设及员工培养，制定财务内部相关指标，做好绩效考核管理。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务金融等相关专业，有注册会计师资格者优先（有筹备上市到上市完成经验者优先）；
2、8年以上财务工作管理经验，3年以上管理经验，有生产加工型企业工作背景；
3、熟悉企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；
4、较强的风险控制和财务分析的能力；有一定的数据敏感性；
5、熟悉财务和办公软件的使用，具有良好的沟通协调能力及职业素养，执行力强；
6、熟悉SAP业务逻辑，熟练操作，有上SAP经验者优先。
