职位描述：
Report to senior manager and overall be in charge of technical support in China of central environment lab and daily lab operation in Shanghai. Including operation, system implement, administration and lab safety. Communication and cooperation with business lines. Support business line to gain clients.
向高级经理报告，全面负责全国环境监测技术支持和上海环境实验室的工作，包括运营/体系运行/行政/实验室安全等。负责与业务部门的沟通和配合，协助业务部门获得客户。

岗位职责：
-A Provide technical support to business lines and central environment labs in China. 为全国各业务线和中心环境实验室提供技术支持;
-B Overall in charge of the environment lab in Shanghai.全面负责上海环境实验室的各项工作;
-C Manage lab resources. Coordinate the resources of environment lab to assure operation smoothly.管理实验室资源，协调环境实验室的资源，确保各实验室正常运行;
-D Overall responsibility for lab safety. Assure lab operate in a healthy and safety working environment.实验室安全的总责任人，确保实验室在安全环保的环境下运营;
-E Implement quality assurance system and company policy in labs. Assure lab get accreditation needed.在实验室推行/执行质量保证体系及各项公司政策，确保实验室获得相应资质;
-F Improve lab system continuously. Improve operation and save cost to make lab operated efficiently.不断完善体系，改进操作，降低成本，使实验室高效运营;
-G Providing service according to the needs of market. Support business line to gain market share协助业务线根据市场需要提供服务，获得市场份额。

职位要求：
-A Bachelor degree or above, environment or chemistry or relevant 本科及以上学历，环境或化学或相关专业;
-B 5 years or more experience in lab. 3 years or more operation management experience in environment lab. 五年及以上实验室经验，三年及以上环境实验室运营管理经验;
-C Be familiar with ISO 17025 and accreditation requirements of CNAS, CMA. Be familiar with waste water, air and soil testing. 熟悉ISO17025条款要求，熟悉CNAS，CMA认可要求;熟悉废水、空气和土壤测试;
-D Good communication skill. Spirit of team work. Aggressive and self motivated.良好沟通技巧和团队精神，积极进取;
-E Proficiency in written and spoken English. 良好英文书写和口语.
