一、职位描述：
1、 负责食品的加工、领料、分档加工，配合上级的工作，与团队成员能紧密合作并高效完成任务；
2、负责餐厅菜品的烹调工作，按时完成菜肴的准备工作；
3、遵守餐厅厨房各项规章制度及食品安全法规，保证安全健康；
4、爱护餐厅厨房所有设备，工具，不破坏厨房的一切设备；
5、注意做好防水，防火等工作，保证厨房环境安全；
6、保持工作地点干净；
7、自觉遵守公司各项规章制度；
二、任职要求：
1、学历: 22–35岁，中专以上学历；
2、熟悉食品原料学、烹饪学、食品营养卫生学及相关餐饮业法规等；
3、外语水平: 具备简单的英文口语及书面表达能力。
4、有星级酒店或西餐厅1-2年工作经验者优先；
5、良好、积极的工作态度；
6、其它: 有较强的学习意愿，并能承受压力。
