三、岗位职责:
1、通过一线轮岗的管理培训形式进行对集团组织结构的了解和业务的学习,熟悉其平台的运营模式;
2、在校区进行市场营销工作的执行并汇总分析数据,进行问题的提出和解决跟进;
3、轮岗学习定期接受考核,考核通过进行其他岗位学习,以保障日后为各地校区提供标准化运营管理支持;
4、轮岗期间完成校区的业绩目标。
四、任职要求:
1、本科211或985,硕士及以上学历的优秀应届毕业生优先,有丰富的社会实践经验或学校学生会协会工作经验;
2、具有良好的沟通协调能力与人际交往能力,形象气质佳,举止大方得体。
3、具有良好的思维能力和学习能力,善于观察和分析问题,具有很强的执行能力。
4、认同公司的文化理念,并能将公司的文化传递到全国各地校区中。
