2. Strong oral and written communication skills with Fluency in English CET6 or above
3. 1-3 years related working experiences of international trade.
4. Skillfully using office software like WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
- Job description and duties:
1. Comply with corporate, department rules/policies.
2. Basic knowledge and good communication with suppliers.
3. Assist working on inquiries/samples in time when requested .
4. Orders follow-up .
draft contract, collect original contract and create file.
communicate with Headquarter and supplier, to confirm L/C draft or document
requirements.
communicate with Headquarter and supplier, to confirm label, tray and cartons.
follow shipping documents after shipment.
5. Other tasks assigned by the department manager and chief representative
6. Work closely and help building an efficient and friendly team environment with the colleagues.
