岗位职责
1. 根据公司发展规划，负责核级行业销售和项目管理；
2. 制定年度业务拓展计划与年度费用预算，每月评审目标完成情况及制定相应的改进措施；
3. 具有甄选优质客户的能力，同时具有开发和协助销售团队开发潜力客户的能力；
4. 熟悉公司产品特点与成本，以及主要竞争对手的产品情况，具有相应财务知识，合理的定价及商务条件，谈判能力，同时能监督下属管控业务风险（如应收款等）；
5. 具有主导产品推广（如参展）的能力；
6. 承担上级领导交给的临时（阶段性）工作任务。
基本要求
1. 本科相关专业教育背景；
2. 具有一定的英语读写基础，能够使用英语为工作语言（必须）；
3. 至少5年电力行业销售经理或以上岗位的工作经验（必须）；
4. 熟悉核工业销售市场（必须）；
5. 对泵阀产品有相当的销售经验，熟悉核工业销售模式（必须）；
6. 能持续不断地学习及改进；
7. 能适应频繁出差。
