职位描述：
Overview:
目标客户：华北区域汽车行业 tier 1 供应商。希望候选人拥有技术背景，不一定目前从事汽车行业。
Conduct sales and marketing activities, and develop customer relationships / new development projects with the objectives of achieving sales target, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

(i) Propose and implement annual sales plan (billing target, market share, product mix, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts
(ii) promote products to customers based on their inquiries and requirements to earn sales orders
(iii) convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing
(iv) Create and maintain relationship with existing customers
(v) Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer.
(vi) Reach the defined project target (capacity, timing, cost, volume).
(vii) Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes.

Marketing Activities
(i) gather customers and competitors information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share
(ii) Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote TE Auto products and corporate branding.
(iii) Observe, analyse and evaluate the market with regard to sales potential, competitor activity as well as work out the annual sales plan.

Qualifications:
(i) Bachelor in Engineering.
(ii) 3+ years sales experience in auto industry or machine/automation/industry related industries
(iii) Good command of English
(iv) Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure.
