2、商用车服务站或者维修站相关工作经验（三年以上），熟悉售后报单及索赔流程；
3、或主机厂相关售后服务经验，能接受频繁的出差；
4、需要出色的人际交往能力，应对客户抱怨，协调公司资源处理好售后服务问题；
5、帮助公司优化和改进售后服务的相关流程；
6、有柴油机后处理系统售后服务相关经验者优先。

With growing of our business in Albonair China, we need to build up an application team to support new project development and aftermarket service work.

Job description – required qualification
- Bachelor degree (or above, master degree preferred) in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Minimum of three years of working experiences, automotive or internal combustion engines background would be ideal
- Experiences in calibration of after-treatment systems, or engines or vehicles
- Familiar with the calibration tools such as INCA, CANape, would be a strong plus
- Ability to use other computer based tools such as Excel, Matlab, etc. to solve engineering problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, write and speak in English (or German) fluently
- Able to work independently and under pressure and when necessary, to work in flexible hours
- Team player
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%) for seasonal development test trips, testing and application on site of customers, training period in Europe

Job description – job definition
- Calibration engine after-treatment system (mainly urea dosing system) on test benches or vehicles to meet emissions and performance goals
- Performance of tests on test benches and vehicles to gather data as required
- Application the after-treatment system according to the requirements
- Shooting troubles during applications
- Writing technical reports and presentations to communicate data, test results, and project status for internal and external purposes
- Performance technical trainings to customer engineers or new employees
- To deal with aftermarket issue about our product
