职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for general & particular service delivery and adoption
2. Follow the processes and procedures of customized support services.
3. Identify need for assist with the case handling in general work
4. Act as “business driver” to improve customer’s and AVAYA’s internal operations
5. Understand AVAYA business partner’s business function
6. Identify, Build and Maintain relationships with AVAYA business partner or the service manager with AVAYA Direct customer
7. Act as a single point of contact for operation issue with AVAYA BP and AVAYA Back Bone Engineer
8. Provide customers with updates on ‘hot’ or escalated issues.

Education & Experience
Typically requires Bachelor degree or equivalent plus 2~3 years related experience

Skill and Expertise
1. Customer service experience
2. Ability to work as team member in a cross-functional matrix environment
3. Excellent coordinator and communication skill in business environment
4. Experience with using Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
5. Ability to communicate via phone, written and Video conference meeting, communication in English in case.
6. Strong understanding of ownership and customer expectation meet while the case handling..
7. Understanding technical resolution and customer expectation gap in general working
8. Understanding of Unified Communication & Contact Center products and solutions.
