职位描述：
此职位要辅助人力资源部总监设计与实施 HR operation在中国区的标准化流程以及流程建设或者流程重建。
合适的候选人必须具备以下特质
1）愿意加入一个流程刚刚起步的部门
2）有流程建设或者重建的经验与信心
3）有很强的沟通能力与C&B实际操作经验
4）推动中国区HR operation在中国范围的实施

this role will be supporting HRD in all the HR operational activities in shanghai HR as well as other legal entities in china, which include but not limited to:

1) working with the third party to handle Monthly payroll calculation to ensure it is done in a timely and accurate manner
2) HR Processes setup and maintenance like personal folder, contract signing and renewal, probation review follow-up etc
3) HR operational tasks for expatriates like work permit
4) New comers on boarding program
5) Commercial insurance management
6) HR reports: this role requires a lot of reports analysis work, therefore very analytic and excel skill are required, the reports include C&B analysis, Headcount analysis, yearly budget template design and analysis etc

Process standardization by unifying different practices in different legal entities will be one of the main job for this role, which will cover the standardization of all HR operation process like employee handbook, leave management, pay structure as well as other supplementary benefits.



General Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree
2) experience in working in manufacturing environment
3) experience in being a HR shared service or HR operations expert for at least 6-8 years
4) Proficient in MS office especially excel ( strong excel skill required for all kinds of reports)
5) detailed oriented as the role will be focusing on C&B
6) Good oral English as our environment is quite international
7) Prefer the candidates who are willing to work in a company where nearly all the HR processes are starting from scratch 举报 分享
