职位描述：
1. Digital media management to increase brand awareness and reputation (website/weibo/wechat/online business support) 公司数字媒体的维护和管理，提高品牌在细分市场的知名度和美誉度 （网站、微博、微信等）
2. Brand management to keep consistency and enhance brand equity (VIS/intellectual property)
协助品牌管理，保持品牌信息的一致性，提升品牌资产（视觉传播系统相关、知识产权等）
3. Internal communication channels management to build employer brand (newsletter/employee survey and activities/ranking) 内部沟通渠道的梳理和优化，和HR合作打造雇主品牌吸引优秀人才（内刊、员工满意度调查、企业文化活动、雇主品牌排名等）
4. Involve and support in other marketing communication events and activities (exhibitions/seminars/PR & community activities)
参与并协助企业传播相关活动的筹划组织（展会、论坛、公益活动等）

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
2. 2+ years marketing communications experience in multinational companies
2年以上跨国企业传播相关工作经验（优秀者可适度放宽）
3. Familiar with B2B marketing communications, esp. social media and digital marketing
熟悉B2B类型公司企业传播流程和特点，尤其是社交媒体和数字化营销
4. Good writing and text layout skills
良好的写作和编辑排版技能
5. Good at communication and coordination, good sense of teamwork
出色的沟通协调能力，团队协作意识
6. Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
熟练的英文口语和读写能力
7. Creativity, energy and enthusiasm to deal with campaigns
