1.Support and drive Productivity measure to reduce material cost (MCP, PPC); 2. Develop and maintain supplier base to secure production material availability with good quality level from strategic perspective; 3. Support new R&D projects by using external supplier resources via early involvement. 1、支持和推动生产力措施以降低物料成本; 2、从战略角度发展和维护供应商基础以保证生产能够获得良好质量水平的物料供应;3、通过早期介入引用外部供应商资源以支持研发项目;

Reduce purchasing price by using all kinds of procurement leaverage (e.g.: negotiation, e-bidding, local sourcing, supplier switch) to control material cost. 通过使用各种采购手段(如谈判、电子竞标、本地化采购、供应商更换等)降低采购价格以控制物料成本。
Make suitable procurement strategy by tracking responsible material supply market trend, looking into deep of purchased material cost structure and supplier structure to secure material cost of product can be maintained competative in the industry. 通过跟踪所负责物料供应市场发展趋势、深入了解物料成本结构和市场供应商结构,制订合适的采购战略,以确保公司产品成本中的物料采购成本能够在同行业中保持有竟争力的水平。
Secure material availablity by studying supplier pofolio (single source or multi-source), identify potential shortage risk from supplier production capacity, or quality default and taking supplier base optimization approaches (e.g. 2nd sourcing, supplier development in logistic or quality). 通过研究供应商组合、发现潜在的因供应商产能不足或质量缺陷而产生物料供应短缺的风险,并采取供应商优化措施(如:开发第二供应商,发展供应商物流和质量能力等)。
Leading to build up a solid supplier base by implementing systematic supplier management approaches (Supplier selection, evaluation, development, phase out) with close cooperation with cross function (e.g. Quality, Technology, Logistic) team work. 通过与跨部门(质量、技术、物流等)团队密切合作,系统性地实施供应商管理各项措施(供应商选择、评估、开发、淘汰等),来领导创建一个优秀的供应商基础。
Support R&D project to reach target cost by early involved into R&D projects via sourcing, and introducing suitable suppliers into projects. Support to buy samples from suppliers on time to help R&D projects running on schedule. 通过在研发项目的早期阶段进入项目,寻找合适供应商并将其引入项目中,以帮助项目实现目标成本。从供应商处购买样件并准时获得样件以支持研发项目能够按计划进度完成。
Support other departments in driving productivity measures (e.g. DTC, VAM) by selecting suitable suppliers and coordinaite between internal departments and external suppliers. 通过选择合适的供应商,协调公司内部相关部门和外部供应商以帮助公司各部门推动生产力提高的各项措施(如设计优化降成本、生产优化降成本等)。

1. Strategic Procurement or project Procurement in similar position; or, 2. Commercial or technical background with high interest and good potential to be developped. 1、在相似岗位上的战略采购或项目采购; 或, 2、有很强兴趣和可发展潜力的商务或技术背景;
1. Can use English as working language 可以使用英语作为工作语言. 2. IT tools and methods IT (e.g. Good at using Excel, Powerpoint, experience in using SAP is a plus) IT工具和IT方法 (如擅于使用EXCEL,POWEPOINT等,如有使用SAP经验则更佳)
3. Good purchasing expertise 良好采购技能;
4. Good technical/product knowledge in target responsible material filed; 在将负责物料领域内的良好技术和产品知识;
