Hours: M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm

Job description:
- Coordinate the logistics process for ocean freight & air freight from our factories to the ports and to our final destinations.
- Communicate with our freight forwarders & our vendors to cultivate relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow projects meticulously to ensure port timelines are tracked and deadlines are met.
- Prepare customs clearance documents for our imports and our exports.
- Teamwork across departments to coordinate progress transparently & solve challenges together.

- Desire for perfection; attention to detail is key.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions and recommendations that are consistent with City Global’s values and overall strategy.
- Willingness to pitch in and tackle any and all issues that may arise, no matter how large or small.
- Dependable with an ability to balance the serious times with the fun times (we’re a work-hard-play-hard group!)

Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of terminology for packaging, air freight, ocean freight, customs, trucking, and warehouse & fulfillment.
- 3+ years of professional work experience in Logistics.
