Test Plan Manager - APAC Engine Systems - Validation
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and confirm project’s test request with PC, ITPM and JV.
2. Lead project’s testing resource management.
3. Lead test plan: test responsible, test facility/location and test timing.
4. Lead test preparation status check: readiness of components, vehicle retrofit, logistic, facility, test operator, etc.
5. Lead DVP&R completion.
Qualifications:
- Education: BS and above degree in Mechanical/Engine/Vehicle Engineering
- Experience: 5 years of experience in automobile industry, at least 3 years testing experience on Cooling, Fuel, Air intake or exhaust system.
- Skills & Competence:
1. Plenty of test equipment, facility, PG knowledge
2. Plenty of test facility cost knowledge.
3. Basic knowledge on Engine Cooling, Fuel, Air Intake and Exhaust Systems.
4. Leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.
5. Good leadership skills.
6. Self-motivated, work under pressure.
7. Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
8. Domestic / oversea travels are needed.
