职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责
1.销售数据的汇总与整理
①按时收集、汇总并检查大区内各类销售报表；
②协助大区销售经理完成各类数据分析报表，并做好报表归档工作；
③按时向总部相关部门提交数据分析报表；
④每日POS销售数据的整理与大区内发布。
2.销售费用的控制
①对公司下发的各类销售费用进行控制和使用跟踪；
②记录销售费用的使用进度，及时向大区销售经理发出销售费用使用预警；
③协助大区销售经理办理各类销售费用的核销。
3.部门间的信息沟通
①与公司总部各职能部门及地区销售人员保持良好、顺畅的沟通；
②随时准备双向传递总部及地区间的信息。
4.其它工作事务
①优化大区内销售行政工作的流程；
②确保大区内销售行政工作的顺畅；
③其它大区销售经理布置的日常管理工作的执行与反馈。

KEY Requirements 任职资格
1. 1年以上销售助理或相关工作经验，大学专科及以上学历；
2. 年龄25-35岁，形象、气质佳，积极的工作情绪；
3. 理解能力强，注重工作细节，能承受较大的工作压力；
4. 良好的沟通、协调、组织和执行能力；
5. 良好的责任感和职业道德，具有团队合作精神；
6. 较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的数字整理和分析能力；
7. Excel、Word、PPT等电脑软件操作熟练，英语能力良好。 举报 分享
