职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Expert level understanding of GD&T,have rich experience to be an qualified trainer, able to discuss with local and oversea design Engineer.
2. Familiar with geometry, metallographic measurement equipment, able to development methodologies with available equipment.
3. Guide the development of staff under their supervision to improve their skills and knowledge related to measurement techniques and methodologies.Improvement team work efficiency.
4. Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine gage R&R and capability studies.
5. Provide technical interpretation of measurement results and specification, and providing general consultation on metrology issues
6. Direct technicians engaged in product measurement, inspection, testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
7. Maintain the calibration and control system to the quality standard. Provide leadership in the design and procurement of necessary gages to meet program requirements.
8. Write measurement instructions and plan
9. Local projects support by using metrology lab equipment
10. Research and recommend new inspection technologies
11. Response and strategically planning internal lab resource to support production and new project launch.
12. Perform other duties assigned from Quality Manager.


REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Mechanical Engineering degree or the equivalent and formal training in the use of Zeiss CMM equipment and programming.
Min 5 years’ experience in a metrology and Quality Control leadership role. Strong gaging and metrology skill is required as well as corrective action knowledge with a proven effectiveness. GDT training and experience required. Certification or other documented evidence of training on calibration methodologies. Excellent documentation and communication skills are required. Excellent knowledge of ISO17025 certification is preferred. 举报 分享
