Responsibilities:
1. QA team management, including inhouse and outsourcing resource
2. Review and approve test strategy and test plan
3. Training, guide and work arrangement for team members
4. Define team KPI, performance review and drive team for continuous improvement
5. Test methododology and process study to improve test coverage, efficiency and product quality
6. Interface with platform and OEM quality team
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 7 years working experience in Mobile device software quality assurance
2. Minimum 3 years team management experience
3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
4. Good communication skill and Customer facing experiences
5. Fluent in spoken and written English
6. Bachelor degree in Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering or similar.
