职位描述：
Channels Specialist services to be provided to Client's resellers, registered partners and Client internal audiences as follows:

· One-stop helpdesk for Channel Partner Programs, Promotions, Tools, Client Services (as known as Customer Advocacy(CA))

1.Support Channel Sale team on the program & promotion (not i***olve in sale)

2.Support Client internal: Program Manager, Cross-functional team

3.Support Partner/Company also known as Reseller company

3 years’ working experience

      · Fluent English &Korean skill

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English (business email writing preferred)

· Professional Phone Presence

· Professional customer satisfaction skills

· Self-Motivated and ready to take up additional roles and responsibilities within the team. Enthusiastic and have an open attitude toward challenges and learning a new things

· Pro-actively follow up until resolution

· Flexible towards shifts
