职位描述：
1. Maintain billing cycle in ERP, issue VAT invoice and exporting invoice, sending invoices to customers timely.
2. Prepare and invoice customers on promptly basis. Keeps good control of VAT invoicing system under Tax bureau requirements
3. Update customer statements, reconcile AR balance and send confirmation letter to customer regularly.
4. Timely system booking for customer payments, monthly review with sales team to understand the status of customers’ payments.
5. Credit control review with sales engineer; including credit limit and payment status review. Blocking delivery when needed.
6. Monthly closing reports.
7. Fixed assets monthly booking and maintenance
8. Implement each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》
9. Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree,2 years working experience in accounting area, AR experience needed.
2. Knowledge in working with ERP, such as Oracle.
3. Good communication skills
4. Good command of English
5. Good team player
6. Familiar with MS office, especially Excel
