Job Description
As the Finance Manager of Yawei Reis Robot Manufacturing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. you will be a part of the local management team and also a team member of the global KUKA Industries finance community. You will report directly to the CEO of Yawei Reis Robot Manufacturing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. / the board of Yawei Reis Robot Manufacturing (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and collaborate closely with the CFO of the KUKA Industries Group Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities:
？？Be in charge of the full spectrum of finance functions (e.g. controlling, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, compliance etc.);
？？Lead and develop the finance and administration team;
？？Ensure the submission of accurate internal and external reports on time (monthly, quarterly and year end closings according to local GAAP and IFRS);
？？Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audited report;
？？Lead the forecasting, budgeting and planning process;
？？Provide business performance analysis as well as KPIs to the CEO and identify areas for improvement;
？？Manage and develop existing IT systems for controlling purposes; we will use Yawei’s ERP and design IT system.
？？Plan, optimize and handle all incoming and outgoing payments (treasurer);
？？Configure bank accounts, clearing, control of credit lines according to REIS guidelines;
？？Be responsible for working capital and cash management incl. liquidity planning and reporting to headquarter;



？？Prepare cash flow projections, forecast monthly operation plans and control monthly net debt;
？？Ensure adequate funds for the business operation and expansion;
？？CFO can give advice on customers’ credit evaluation to CEO based on the feedback from CEO, because CFO has no chance to meet customer and evaluate directly.
？？Support sales and customer service management in achieving operating and strategic goals;
？？Execute HR and administration and logistics responsibilities.

Requirements:
？？University degree, major in finance or accounting;
？？At least 5+ years of experience in finance positions preferably in an international company with a proven record of success;
？？Familiar with China and International GAAP (IFRS);
？？Excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel);
？？Familiar with the management of information systems (ERP);
？？Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and oral;
？？Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills;
？？Prior experience working with SAP FI, CO, SEM-BCS, BW is a plus.
