职位描述：
-Create, develop and realize high quality product design from concept to finalization in a collaborative environment, in a timely manner and in a cost effective way.
-Apply current product design to new platform perhaps with optimization and localization.
-Support SL to obtain new project. Make product solution and analyse feasibility according to RFQ. And prepare related technical documents.
-Participate in product specification definition and create DVP&R accordingly. And ensure pass all tests according to timeline.
-Execute drawing releases, handle engineering changes (internal, customer and suppliers), and document necessary materials during all project phases.
-Creat bill of materials (BOM) and maintain.
-Create 3D and 2D drawing in Smar-team according to internal specification.
-Communicate with customers periodically and effectively to obtain technical agreements and to get technical requirements from customers. Provide technical support/solutions to customer.
-Design and implement changes to existing parts to resolve field problems and improve product performance and reliability.
-Work with other departments to discuss design improvement opportunities and ensure product meets all requirements.
-Provide product knowledge support to other functions as necessary.
-Address questions regarding clarifications, deviations requests and drawing accuracy.
-Work under requirement of compliance of company.
-Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
岗位要求：
-Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Engineering, Material Engineering or Mechanical Automatic Control. Master of Science in above Engineering fields is a plus.
-Minimum of 3 years experience, with automotive industry experience preferred.
-Good communication and good at cooperation for cross-department.
-Strong 3D modeling and 2D drawing proficiency are required (CATIA preferred), detailed design work with plastic and stamping parts.
-Thorough knowledge of engineering terminology and standards (i.e. materials, dimensioning and tolerances). Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc), and material specification (plastics, metals, etc).
-Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001.
-Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking, German is a plus.

岗位要求：
-本科学历及以上，机械设计、汽车工程、机电工程、材料工程或机械自动化等工科专业，工科硕士优先
-3年以上机械设计工作经验，汽车行业工作经验优先
-良好的跨部门合作及人际沟通协调能力
-熟练运用三维软件（CATIA优先），为产品建立和更新3D&2D图纸，熟悉注塑和冲压工艺
-熟悉工程标准和术语（材料、尺寸和公差），熟悉注塑和冲压等制造过程，熟悉金属和塑料等材料规格
-熟悉汽车行业通用标准和质量工具如TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001.
