职位描述：
岗位职责：
?及时解决生产现场出现的问题，确保生产线的正常运行。
? 实时评估模具产能并做好备份方案
? 负责模具的日常维护
? 管理模具备用零件控制库存成本
? 为模具技术人员、操作人员等相关人员提供必要的培训
? 协助进行新模试模并把模具移到生产部门
? 协助采购部模具供应商开发与审核
? 实施持续改进方案
? 完成上级交代的其他任务
? Work with Engineers for developing and designing for toolings.
? Solve problems rising at production site timely, to ensure the normal operation of production line.
? Do the EQ review of tooling’s capacity and make the plan for backup tooling
? Conduct tooling’s repair and tooling’s maintenance.
? Control the cost and manage the stock of tooling’s spare parts.
? Participate in the necessary training to relevant workers such as tooling technician, operator
? Support new tool try and transfer tool to production department.
? Assist Purchasing Dept on development and approval of tooling supplier
? Conduct continuous improvement
? Complete the temporary tasks from superior leader
岗位要求：
?大专或以上学历，机械相关专业
?三年以上铸造、机加、汽车行业模具相关工作经验
?熟悉模具设计、模具工艺、模具制造及现场分析
?熟练使用CAD和UG工具
?具有跨国公司工作经验优先
?有一定的英语听说，读写能力。
?快速学习、解决问题能力，善于团队合作
?College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or relevant
?Minimum 3 years related tooling experience with the automotive industry
?Familiar with tooling design, structure, mechanism and on-site tooling analysis and manufacturing
?Good at operating CAD and UG tools
?Experience in multinational company is a plus
?Good command of English in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
