职位描述：
- RFQ BOM on time preparation,back up BU manager for any RFQ questionnaire and localization projects with customer.
-Champion among teams during new product stage to launch and empower M-gate new product procedure with efficient engineering following,e.g.DFM,pilot meetings.
-Expertise in FA team to lead the technical problem solving in parallel with early process design in order to achieve good FA process.
-Act as leader with initiative to coordinate among teams in order to promote the new product from FA to NPI,and review /apprvoe the final process from customer view e.g.PCP/WI/Fixtures.
-Major engineering window to dispose of any customer concerns regarding new product to ascertain accountable quality level.
-Work as partner with BU manager to provide engineering application support to customer during the product life.
-Convert external and /or internal product change with ECN/TDN,and maintain standard UPH/BOM in FS.
-Support QA department to dispose of supplier FA,NCMR and customer CAR.
-Other related work assigned from manager.
Qualifications requirements:
-Bachelor of science degree in EE or ME engineering.
-Rich working experience in project management, to support BU manager.
-Strong decision making skills ,with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
