岗位设置的目的
Position Objective:
To lead process improvement initiatives that will drive towards operations excellence, identify key areas for potential improvement and result in lower operating costs, improved service level and improved workload for employees at the CLC.

主要职责
Key Responsibilities
1.To lead up Continue Programme Improvement (CPI) activities within Nike CLC
引领持续改善项目(CPI)的活动。
2.To identify/ suggest processes or equipment that will improve the work flow base on logical analysis
根据逻辑分析,针对能够改善工序的流程或设备,提出鉴别性或建议性意见。
3.To implement projects approved by Nike CLC management, ensure costs are within the budget, and agreed efficiency and productivity objectives are achieved or surpassed
执行公司管理层批准的项目,确保成本控制在预算以内,实现或超越效率和生产率目标。
4.To recommend the process and productivity improvement projects that will assist Nike to achieve cost savings and efficient operations
推荐流程和生产率改善项目,协助公司实现生产成本节约和高效营运。
5.To plan and recommend investments that will achieve sustainable cost savings and process efficiency improvements
策划和推荐投资项目,实现可持续性降低成本和流程效率改善。
6.To ensure accurate reporting to management team base on business requirement
根据业务要求,确保生成准确报表,提交管理层。
7.To train and coach subordinates

Work experience
3 years of large DC experience, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
